From 14 square meters balcony you can enjoy in sunny view of Kvarner bay, surrounding historical villas, green garden, or have a relaxing evening with your favorite beverage while town lights reflecting from Adriatic sea.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Big Family Apartment by Villa Commodore Ičići

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Adriatika Seaside Loft, panoramic view on the sea

Furbished as a cosy nest (50m2) to enjoy the most beautiful VIEW trough the panoramic window make you feel softly situated on a white cloud. Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Sunny well-equipped two-bedroom apartment with a spectacular view of the old town and sunset. It is situated close to the town center, the beach, supermarket and nearest restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sat TV (free NETFLIX Channel) and one terrace.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Villa Celzia-2 Bedroom Apartment-Balcony, Sea view

Apartments Villa Celzia are located on Istria's east coast between Lovran and Moscenicka Draga, only 200 m away from the beach. Apartments are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea. In front of the house there is a garage that is available to guests (free of charge).

Patricians' House: built at 17th century

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

This charming studio apartment is located 1,7 km (15 minutes walk) from the main beach and the center of Icici. It is located in my family villa, with a beautiful green garden all around it. Equipped with all that's necessary for a pleasant vacation.
