It’s a peaceful 8 min walk to our charming downtown and all the delicious restaurants and activities. It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! After a fun-filled day craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill together outdoors on the patio and relax by the fire pit.

Welcome to The 7th Street House! Our bright and updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is just 5 blocks from downtown Moscow. Our 1920's era cottage sits on a gentle tree covered slope, just a few steps down from the street, making the yard feel very private and secluded. Spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood in the northern outskirts of Moscow Idaho. Enjoy a large back deck and yard, ample parking in the front and back, and three bedrooms for family trips. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, large single basin sink, and a brand new dishwasher. Keypad entry for convenient access! Please note that there is an additional unit in the building (completely separated from your unit), above the garage.

Tucked behind the main house at the back of the property, this cozy and serene apartment has a separate entrance, off-street parking, covered patio, efficient kitchen, living area, comfortable bedroom (queen memory foam bed) and full bath. Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away!
