Newly rebuilt house above Seal Cove Beach in Moss Beach, CA. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large great room, fully equipped modern kitchen and large deck all with expansive ocean views. Beach access and beautiful Fitzgerald Marine Reserve Park one block north of house. WiFi, 2 TV's, ample street parking. Moss Beach is between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay with great beaches and hiking.

Features include a private semi-fenced patio with access to hot tub, new hybrid queen bed, 55" TV, ceiling fan, central heat, kitchenette and private bath/separate shower. The new loveseat is also a comfy sleeper - $50.00 for each additional guest, up to 2 with 4 guests max in unit. Note: EV Charger is $25.00 per use.

Our place is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath unit with absolutely stunning views of the San Francisco coastline. From our deck, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge towers, beautiful Pacifica State beach with its many surfers, it is just a fabulously lovely view. We're the highest house on Pedro Point, so we've got the best views in the area! Please note that your total cost includes $100 for the cleaning fee which goes entirely to our housekeeper.
