With 40m2 of floor space, 1 bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a large double sofa bed and a kitchen, there is plenty of space for both socializing and enjoying your own privacy. The beautifully landscaped garden with a 15m2 pool, whirlpool,a lounge area, a sun deck and a barbecue area are made for a great outdoor experience. Private parking.

Podmeja is a small authentic village where you can buy local olive oil, jam, wine, honey...The beautiful natural surroundings invite for strolls or hikes. Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
