Terrasse de 12m² très ensoleillée. Appartement tout confort : climatisation, Wifi, cuisine et salle de douche entièrement équipées. Chambre séparée. Grand canapé lit dans le salon. Emplacement idéal pour passer un très agréable séjour sur Nice à pied. A bientôt. Animaux refusés.

L'appartement est complètement indépendant de notre maison avec une grande terrasse entièrement privative. Lac St Cassien accessible à pied. Pour votre confort nous mettons à disposition gratuitement des vélos, une piscine (non chauffée 12m x5m), un garage vélo moto, un tapis de course et barbecue. Les commerces à 1km. un jaccuzi extérieur 7 places (non utilisable l’hiver) et boulodrome.
