This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

It provides a spacious living area, wonderful inlet views from the balcony, a bbq, 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a king and a single, the other with a queen bed), a bathroom with a bathtub, a well equipped kitchen, TV, DVD and free Wifi.

We are situated half way between the centre of town and Middleton beach and a fifteen minute stroll to Middleton beach. Three night minimum stay on long weekends & school holidays. Four night minimum January.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious holiday villa by the beach. Listen to the waves from the front door or take the path and walk the 2 minutes to the beach. There is a bike path that leads one way to Middleton Beach and the other way to Emu Point. Albany Golf Club is also a short walk and non members are welcome.
