River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Samphire Collection Albany - Yarri Studio

Perched on Mount Melville with sweeping harbour views, an elegant one-bedroom studio is the perfect backdrop for your weekend away. A full kitchen, wood fireplace, and terrace give you space to relax and reconnect. Architecturally designed and with hand-crafted furniture from salvaged WA timber. Luxurious king-sized bed and ensuite are finished with premium bedding and towels. Linen drapes frame sustainably grown timber surrounding the two-storey insulated window overlooking the harbour.

A mere 250m from Albany's beautiful Middleton Beach, Balnagown Cottage is a commingling of beautiful historic features and modern luxuries. Perfect for a romantic escape, a family staycation, or a cozy winter retreat, Balnagown Cottage is a short stroll from Middleton Beach's cafes, taverns and swimming baths, with easy access to Albany CBD and Princess Royal Fortress. For visitors travelling with pets, Balnagown Cottage is one of the few holiday homes in Albany to welcome pets.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Nullaki Chalet - a blissful forrest retreat

This stunning, modern chalet is named after the local Nullaki peninsula. As soon as you walk in the door you will feel at home in this elegant, comfortable and spacious chalet Nullaki is nestled amongst the Karri forest, overlooking a magical grove of paperbark and peppermint trees which is home to a vast array of frogs and birds whose voices provide a soothing backdrop to your stay.
