Relax in a comfy queen bed with luxe linen, enjoy a modern bathroom, aircon, 42" smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with cereal, coffee & treats. A futon sofa converts to a double bed for extra guests. Work with fast Wi-Fi, unwind on your private grassy lawn, or stroll to the sand. Safe off-street parking makes arrival easy. You’ll find everything you need to relax, recharge, and feel at home.

Contemporary one bedroom unit- long term available

Long term winter rates available-enquire by message. Dates on the calendar remain blocked but are available for longer term stays. A sweet little spot by the beach in Mount Maunganui. Located two blocks to the beach, two blocks to New World supermarket and Central Parade shops/cafe. Walk or ride a bike to Mount Main street. Happy to give out advice for local activities, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, biking, hiking, hot pools, or just the best place to grab a good beer and feed!

The Pool House (Separate Accommodation to House!)

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and shares two outdoor shaded areas and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Gorgeous Mount Beach Cottage - 3min walk to surf

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
