Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.

Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. The self contained, newly renovated, entirely separate guest suite available is in the downstairs of our home with one bedroom, expansive living room and private bathroom. Beautiful Mount beach is just 4 min walk away. 5 min walk to New World, Central Parade shops, and Fife Lane. 10 min walk toTay Street Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park.

Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The Pool House is a self contained guest house sharing a property with a family house. It has its own private entrance & a parking space. It has a Queen bed, bathroom & basic kitchen. Also TV with Netflix & free wifi. (Note kitchen only has fridge, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, hot plate and kettle. There is a BBQ outside the room you can also use) An ideal spot for a Mount Maunganui getaway!

Positioned for all day sun, this apartment is located away off the busy road yet within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the fantastic Mount beach.
