Mount Self-contained Studio Near Beach + Pool

Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.

The Abode

The Abode, a short walk to everywhere, is a cosy well appointed apartment, ideally situated in the heart of Mt Maunganui between the main surf beach & harbour. Enjoy views of the swimming pool and a glimpse through trees of the ocean from balcony. There is a sauna and gym. A private right of way to the ocean is a bonus .The Abode is an all-season getaway. Everywhere is a short walk; surf beach, harbour, Mt Mauao walking tracks, cafés, restaurants & boutique shopping on Mount MainStreet.

Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. The self contained, newly renovated, entirely separate guest suite available is in the downstairs of our home with one bedroom, expansive living room and private bathroom. Safe and secure, it is bathed in late morning and afternoon sun. Beautiful Mount beach is just 4 min walk away. 5 min walk to New World, Central Parade shops, and Fife Lane. 10 min walk toTay Street Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park.

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

The Pool House (Separate Accommodation to House!)

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and has its own outdoor shaded area and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

Charming Garden Retreat

Carlton Cottage, built 2019, is a fantastic place where you can relax and unwind. Located next to our family home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, luxurious semi-ensuite with tiled shower, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The Pool House is a self contained guest house sharing a property with a family house. It has its own private entrance & a parking space. It has a Queen bed, bathroom & basic kitchen. Also TV with Netflix & free wifi. (Note kitchen only has fridge, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, hot plate and kettle. There is a BBQ outside the room you can also use) An ideal spot for a Mount Maunganui getaway!

Longbeach Ocean Paradise

Positioned for all day sun, this apartment is located away off the busy road yet within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the fantastic Mount beach. Enjoy breakfast on one deck with a seaview in the morning and a BBQ on second deck in the evening whilst enjoying the stunning full views of the Mount.
