Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.

Beautiful, Modern, Three Bedroom Home

Three bedroom, three bathroom house in St. Johns, located ten minutes from downtown. Upstairs includes an open concept kitchen with dining area. Living room has two sofas with a large tv. Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, en-suite washroom with shower, walk-in closet and television. Second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs features a pool table/bar area, gym, laundry room, and third bedroom with a queen bed and tv. The patio in the backyard has a private hot tub and bbq.

I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'. We are two minutes walk along the T'railway to the beautiful Bowering Park. Just a short hike to the East Coast Trail along the T'railway for you avid hikers!
