Steps from downtown with shops, restaurants, and riverwalk, yet nestled in a quiet neighbourhood on the hill, blocks from the hospital. The house offers a full kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Views of the Skagit River and Olympic Mountains can be seen from both floors as well as stunning sunsets. Bedrooms upstairs include 1 king bed and 1 queen bed.

Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.

Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
