An excellent location for this cozy Greek style summer apartment on the top of Batsi bay, surrounded by the beautiful Aegean Sea. Spacious yard for enjoying the seafront and walking distance to the main market, Greek stores and restaurants. A 3-minute walk from the cute little beach of Kolones or the organized beach of Batsi bay. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and mountain with breathtaking sunrises. Accommodation in 2 rooms plus a spacious lounge and kitchen for preparing meals.

It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.
