Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, σε κοντινή απόσταση από τον Περιφερειακό Δρόμο Γαυρίου Άνδρου (100μ),όπου θα βρείτε Super Market, κρεοπωλείο και λεωφορείο. Με αυτοκίνητο η χωρίς, απέχει 300μ από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου και την παραλία και με δωρεάν χώρο πάρκινγκ.Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένος χώρος, με νησιώτικο στυλ και όλες τις ανέσεις ώστε να έχετε μια αξέχαστη διαμονή! Στις παροχές επίσης υπάρχει παρκοκρέβατο και καθαριότητα κάθε 3 μέρες. Καλάθι καλωσορίσματος για τους επισκέπτες μας.

Traditional top floor 90 meters from the beach

The apartment is only 90 meters from Batsi beach which means 2 minutes walking distance! It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεββάτι (1,60μ*2,00μ), σοφίτα με ημίδιπλο στρώμα (1,30μ*1,95μ) στο οποίο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί ένας ενήλικας ή δυο παιδιά 10-15 ετών, 1 σκαμπό-κρεβάτι μονό (0,80μ*2,00μ), 1 μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό, μεγάλη βεράντα με πέργκολα, έπιπλα κήπου και εξαιρετική θέα. Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.

The couple room is a room with special view the sunset and the beach of Mpatsi .The square of Mpatsi is 200meters from the room and 100meters from the taxi station.The couple room is the best solution for couples that want romance and spend the day at the beach.behind the room we have a garden as you see at the photos.**clarification(the bed that you see at couple room is suitable for two persons)This year we restored the wc new photos are uploaded!!!

Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Βρισκεται στον ημιώροφο με θεα στο κηπο και στη θαλασσα ,αποτελειται απο δυο διπλα κρεβατια,τραπεζαρια,πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζινα ,μπανιο και ολο αυτο κατα μηκος του διαμερισματος με μεγαλη βεραντα,το διαμερισμα φιλοξενει 4 ατομα .
