Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cass House is a 3BR/2BA house with full kitchen, dining & living areas. The house sits on 10 acres of land & is surrounded by the Ozark National Forest. You can access the Mulberry River from the property, a short 100-yard walk from the house. We are centrally located to a variety of outdoor attractions & entertainment. It is located on Hwy 215 and is about 4 mi to Byrd’s Adventure Center, 3 mi to Turner Bend, 3 mi to Mulberry Mountain, and 2 mi to Redding Recreation Area.

Close to all attractions in the Ozarks, including hiking, waterfalls, scenic drives, State Parks, Arkansas Wine Country, and many off-road trails. Cabin is an open floor plan and the perfect getaway for couples. Many ATV trails accessible from the property. All pets must be approved by the host and registered on booking.

There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
