A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.

It is a 2750 sq m property with around 100 coconut trees. There is water on three sides of the property and wild otters seen in the water sometimes. It is safe to go Kayaking in the water as it is not deep and rough.
