The house was built by Dr Edward Hudson between 1776 and 1788, and has been home to three generations of the Bence-Jones family. For literary enthusiasts spend time in the library where Mark Bence-Jones wrote,' A Guide to Irish Country Houses'. Our house is situated only twenty-three kilometres from Cork City.
