Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Enjoy the combination of modern and antique!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, renovated 2024.old Istrian stone house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors. All areas are air-conditioned. Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Lovely villa situated in the ancient town of Galižana close to Pula with olive garden, sea view and private pool. Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Casa Marta je prekrasna novoizgrađena mala moderna vila s privatnim bazenom, dizajnirana s ljubavlju i pažnjom koja svojim gostima nudi savršen odmor, za sve koji traže drukčiji oblik odmora, daleko od ljetne vreve i prenapučenih turističkih središta. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji u mjestu Marčana, od Pule je udaljena 10 km, od prve plaze 8 km, restorana 5 km te trgovine 1,5 km.

Ova kuća se sastoji od dva velika prostrana apartmana .Smještaj je savršen odabir za one koji putuju u grupama i za dvije velike obitelji! Dobro došli u našu kuću! Do plaže je samo 6 km! Do Pule je 10 minuta autom, do aerodroma je 3 minuta autom! Trgovina je udaljena 2 minute pješice od kuće! Prvi restoran je Vesna Loborika 5 minuta autom od kuće!

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
