Close the curtains to retreat into your own little piece of seclusion.

The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Billabong Falls once home to International award winning landscape designer Phillip Johnson is now open as a luxurious bed and breakfast in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges. Handcrafted Shack, Halls Gap, Grampians (Gariwerd)

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

River House Echuca

Nestled above the banks of the Campaspe river in the scenic town of Echuca sits this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom period home. This riverside sanctuary provides uninterrupted views of the Campaspe and ancient river gums. River House is only a gentle walk from the main street, cafes, restaurants and the historic port. River House is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate surrounded by nature. Please note: We have a no pet and no party/event policy, thanks for understanding!
