Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.

Seabreeze is right on the water and a view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear is that of the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a long day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, restaurants and swimming areas are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Parking is fairly easy.
