Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Der Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Schlafcouch hat eine integrierte Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch/Arbeitstisch und eine zusätzliche Arbeitskonsole. Das Duschbad mit WC ist modern ausgestattet. WLAN ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Aufenthalte bis 12 Tage können gerne angefragt werden. Die 1 Zimmerwohnung hat ca. 26qm Wohnfläche.

All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.
