Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Enjoy multiple sitting areas w/private entrance & fully fenced backyard. Quiet location in an established area. 25 miles from Port Aransas with beach access, 15 mins from Bob Hall, Whitecap & Mustang Island. 10 mins from The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, & University. Sleeps 8! Beautiful 2 bed/2 bth beach home in Port A. Relax in the private HEATED pool. Pets Allowed with a fee. Resort-style pool with a waterfall & beach entry, grill on the deck, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Well-equipped kitchen, plus WiFi & 3 smart TVs. All on one level, a few blocks from the beach & intown. The master bedroom features an adjustable king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and set of bunks & living room has a new sectional sofa w/ sleeper sofa as of Nov. 2025.

Sneak off and rent a golf cart and check out the island shops and restaurants in style or just head 2 miles down the road to the beach! This is it!

Mi Casa Es Su Casa is a 3 story home w/ 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms, multiple decks, fenced in yard, game room and gas grill. Our kitchen is a chefs dream! There’s a community pool and a boardwalk to allow walking access to the beach. Our home is about an 8 - 10 minute walk to the beach. Due to hurricane Harvey in late 2017 our home was totally rebuilt and many updates went into it. It’s absolutely gorgeous and we’re so excited to share it with you and hope you make beautiful memories here!
