Welcome To Yannis. This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Επίσης, υπάρχει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα μας και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες της χώρας -μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια- σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, και στάσεις λεωφορείου.

‘Thalassa’ is a fully renovated Cycladic house located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island just above Mylopotas beach. A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής. Πανέμορφη θέα στο γαλανόλευκο φόντο των Κυκλάδων μας, και στο υπέροχο Αιγαιοπελαγίτικο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο της χώρας( 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια για τα ψώνια και τη διασκέδασή σας), αλλά και απο τις υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, wc, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και barbeque.
