Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.
