The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th century house (we live on the 1st floor). It is only 3 metro stops from Midi train Station and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for children under 12. The apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished to make you feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, a suite with a king double bed, an studio with a sofa bed, shower & bathtub, washing machine, wifi, cable TV....

It can also be easily done on foot too (or bike, car…). Voor wandelaars/trailers/: prachtige bossen op wandelafstand. MTB: 7 parcours starten op 1km

Nous vous proposons notre tout nouvel appartement au premier étage "Le Moulinsart". Accès indépendant, rue calme avec parking gratuit dans la rue. Une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée, coin à manger et coin salon, une grande chambre avec deux lits et une grande salle de bains avec douche et baignoire. Un grand écran avec Netflix, YouTube,... dans la chambre et une télé dans la cuisine. Coin bureau avec wifi. Tout cela à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Petit chien accepté sur demande.

Niché dans une demeure pittoresque, il peut accueillir 5 personnes: deux lits simples, un lit king size et un canapé lit. Terrasse, banc à la belle saison, à l'avant de la maison. La propriétaire offre la possibilité d’aller voir ses ânes qui paissent non loin. Nous fermons fin août 2026 pour vous offrir une meilleure expérience dès Janvier 2028! Suivez- nous!

A proximité des citadelles et site historique, des jardins d'Annevoie, des abbayes de Maredsous, Leffe ou encore du golf de Rougemont. Non loin des hôpitaux CHR Godinne-Yoir-Dinant-Namur pour les stages étudiants ou pour accompagner un proche.

Vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques promenades dans la campagne environnante, notamment dans les bois de la Grotte de Spy. Facile d'accès depuis la gare, en centre ville près de toutes les attractions, avec un parking privatif gratuit . La splendide vallée de la Molignée se situe à 10 km , la France à 20 km, Namur à 25km. Le tout accessible en vélo grâce au Ravel qui passe devant la maison. Un vrai moment dans une des plus belle ville de Belgique.
