Very centrally located on a quiet street, 2 blocks from the seawall and marina, walking distance to DT shopping, restaurants, pubs, Art Gallery, Port Theater, etc. 1 block to bus stop, 2 min. drive to ferry.

Close to Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo Aquatic Centre, Nanaimo Ice Centre and Nanaimo Harbour. Central to both major ferry terminals with driving time of approximately 12 mins to each and approximately 15 mins to the airport. There is a shopping complex nearby that features Quality Foods, Coop Gas Station, liquor store and pharmacy.
