Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Τo διαμέρισμα Άλκηστις που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, είναι ένα μοντέρνο, ανακαινισμένο, αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα και σε απόσταση 30 μ. από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές. Το διαμέρισμα του υπερυψωμένου ισογείου φιλοξενεί δύο έως τρία άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα δωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ηλεκτρικά ανακλινόμενα στρώματα και δυνατότητα μετατροπής σε διπλό κρεβάτι, μικρό καθιστικό με πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. A lovely family beach house, just a breath distance from a small family rocky beach, 50meters from the house, named #Fytema one of the most quiet beaches even in high season. Few meters around, there are 2 of the best home cooking taverns in Evdilos. Extra tip! The house is located on the main road so its too easy to find it!
