There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

This stunning lodge, 1 of 3 lodges on the grounds, is in the perfect location to explore the delights that Carmarthenshire has to offer. It is located on a 50 acre small holding encompassing two fully stocked lakes and luxury wedding venue in the scenic Gwendraeth Valley. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Cosy cabin nestled amongst hills & forestry, close to the Elan Valley. Surrounded by a working farm and beautiful Welsh countryside, with an abundance of walks from the cabin door. As you enjoy the short buggy ride down to the far end of our woodland you will be astounded when you come across our beautiful woodland cabin set in the treetops. You will immediately feel relaxed as you immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Suran-y-coed lodge is located in an isolated valley, with a private hot tub to enjoy great views of the open hills, dark night skies for stargazing, and stillness to listen to the bird song. Relax in your own garden . We ask our guests to be mindful of our family farm with young children and no parties after 10pm to maintain the peace and tranquilly of our valley. There are electric car charging points 9 & 13 miles drive from the farm, no charging from the lodge to the car is permitted.

Private parking available for 2 vehicles. We're about an hour away from Snowdon Mountain & 10 minute drive away from Ty Nant car park for Cader Idris. The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.
