Back yard is great for dining, BBQs and entertaining. 1.5 miles to Straight Wharf (Down Town) Short bike ride to Surfside & Miacomet beach or Cisco Brewery and Bartlett farms-great place for lunch.

Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor.

The house includes all the amenities Naushop offers; a community pool, two tennis courts, a pickle-ball court, playground and renovated clubhouse. The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac across from Sconset Golf Club, this classic Nantucket home offers a peaceful retreat with views of Sankaty Head Lighthouse. Just a ten-minute bike ride to Sconset village and a short walk to the free island shuttle. Filled with natural light, the home features a spacious yard, outdoor shower, and all the essentials for an easy summer stay—beach gear, bikes, and more included.
