Classic Chappy Beach House

You've heard about location, right? If you are looking for a cute, clean, place to vacation on Chappy near the water, this is it. Only a handful of homes can claim views and close proximity to Katama Bay like ours. Just walk down the yard and with a few extra steps you are at the bay. Birds come and go all day from the tidal pond in front of the house. Shaded sitting area, deck, sunsets over the Vineyard. You'll never forget the enclosed outdoor shower. Be sure you are ok with the Chappy ferry

This is a room with a private full bath in a very high end luxury home. Located in Tom Nevers, about 15 min drive from town, but walking distance to the best beaches on the island, and 5 min drive to Sconset (store, 3 restaurants). We call our home "Pinch Me" because it's our dream house, so we expect guests to treat it as we would: with respect and care. Heated lap pool, and outdoor grill/stone patio. We have a french bulldog, who is SUPER mellow and basically just sits around looking adorable

Tom Nevers Retreat

Welcome to our Nantucket retreat in Tom Nevers– a lovely, light-filled upside-down house designed to feel comfortable. The home features an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 3 1/2 baths and plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. With room for nine guests, the house offers ocean views, two sunny decks, a patio with a perennial garden, and an outdoor shower. Just a 7-minute walk to the local beach, this is an ideal setting to slow down, settle in, and enjoy island life.

Wake up to the sounds of chirping birds and the crashing surf of the South shore! Take in the fresh salty air! Just steps from one of the best beaches on the island, and removed enough from the hustle and bustle of town, you will feel right at home in our peaceful abode. Though simple, the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: Complete kitchen, gas grill, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, beach chairs, very good wifi, and more.

If available, we also offer rides to town, along with bike and kayak rentals for guests who want to explore the island.

It’s a beautiful place to stay but nothing fancy . It has all you need for your dreamy Nantucket staycation . Please, be aware of the airport located close by and the airline noises.
