The house is part of the Clearwater Beach community with private beach access. The recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms are modern and minimal. Your private beach access is a 3 minute walk. You will NEVER see a sunset like this one

A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Just a short walk away lies one of the most beautiful ocean beaches The home feature- 3 comfortable bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower Inside, The cottage is well-appointed and designed. While the train from Amagansett to Montauk does pass behind the house, it does not obstruct the tranquil bay views. Please note: Due to health concerns, we are unable to accommodate animals.

From relaxing by the pool, to taking a day trip to Montauk, or visiting some of the best beaches in the Hamptons, the opportunities here are endless! It offers a bedroom with a Queen size Select Comfort bed, living room has two queen sofa beds and a full bathroom. It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also a TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

Located right on Gardiner’s Bay, there’s a gorgeous view of the water from the large windows and front porch. From the front steps you can follow the 300 yard path to your own private beach where you can wade, swim, snorkel, paddleboard, or just enjoy the amazing view and salt air. Any closer to the marina and you’d be swimming in the Atlantic. Our sweet little cottage sits right on Westlake Marina. From your front door, you can book a charter, grab a bowl of Westlake Fish House’s famous clam chowder, or walk to Gosman’s for a sundae and a sunset. Inside enjoy heated floors, plush beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen, making this a perfect place to land after all the Montauk fun.
