Offre una posizione ottima per visitare diversi luoghi d' interesse archeologico ( Pompei,Ercolano ecc) e paesaggistico ( Costriera Amalfitana/Sorrentina, Capri,Ischia,Procida).L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 ospiti avendo 2 camere da letto.Una camera con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto a castello,entrambe le camere hanno un bagno all'nterno.Tassa di soggiorno di 1€ a persona al giorno.

In Villam è un appartamento di nuova costruzione, ogni angolo è arredato con estremo gusto ed eleganza. Potrete usufruire di un'area esterna dedicata agli animali domestici e su richiesta vi sarà fornita anche una culla per neonati.inoltre sarà possibile organizzare gite in barca per Capri e la costiera Amalfitana

Luminoso appartamento di 100mq recentemente ristrutturato, situato al terzo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo antico, ubicato nel cuore dei Quartieri Spagnoli, a pochi passi dal centro storico. La casa è composta da: 3 camere doppie con bagno privato, area comune cucina/living, locale lavanderia con lavatrice a disposizione degli ospiti, terrazzo attrezzato di 130mq con cucina in muratura ed accesso diretto dalla casa e vista dei tetti di Napoli, del Vesuvio e della Certosa di San Martino.

L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato nel maggio 2019, è situato ad un quinto ed ultimo piano provvisto di ascensore in uno storico edificio del seicento composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di cui uno in camera, soggiorno e un ampio terrazzo provvisto di cucina dove poter anche cucinare e mangiare. Ogni ambiente è dotato di elevato comfort, disponendo di Smart TV led, Climatizzatori con inverter, free wi-fi (in tutto l'appartamento), macchinetta caffe' con cialde e mini frigo.

The house is located in the historic center of Naples, in the immediate vicinity of the famous San Severo Chapel. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.

Offriamo servizio navetta. il bilocale è una parte della villa completamente indipendente e ad uso esclusivo, di circa 60 mq composto da due camere , cucina e bagno con 4 posti letto. dal bilocale si può accedere direttamente al resto della villa, terrazzi, solarium, giardino e piscina. la villa è immersa nel verde ed in totale relax.

The house is located in the hilly village of Montechiaro (Vico Equense). Immersed in nature you can enjoy healthy air, organic products from our garden and total tranquility, all just a few minutes by car from the most interesting tourist destinations and the city center. The accommodation provides all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, it is also possible to use all the outdoor spaces at any time to relax, sunbathe, have breakfast or dinner.

In the Heart of Naples, situated in the Quartieri Spagnoli area, our apartment offers a little corner of relax due to the wonderful terrace with the view on the Vesuvio. There are typical restaurants, pizzerie and many useful shops all around. There are three Funicolare in the area and the Toledo metro station that will allow our guests to move easily upside down. Our target is to let everyone live the real Neapolitan experience.
