This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy this perfect efficiency getaway for two with patio and views of the marsh. Walk to several different beaches, Jim’s Dock for BYOB meal and a quaint coffee shop and boutique at Skips Dock. Take a leisure stroll (just over a mile) to Matunuck Oyster Bar. Enjoy a perfect sunset at the end of the day and finish off at the fire pit. This is a place for one or two people. No overnight guests and no more than 4 day guests. I live above and ready to help.

"The Broody Hen" Farmhouse (2.5mi to beach)

Superhost 8+ years! Modern in-town farmhouse is walkable/bikeable to everything in Wakefield and just 2.5mi to Narragansett Beach! Public park with pickleball & tennis, nature trails & bike path right at your door. Perfect getaway for 1-4 guests. Enjoy local beaches, marinas, shops & dining, breweries, events/festivals and recreation all within minutes. Easy access to URI, Amtrak, Block Island & Martha's Vineyard ferries, Jamestown, Newport and more. Providence/TF Green airports 25-35min.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Shamrock House 2 miles to the beach, 4 mi to URI!

The Shamrock House 1st floor apartment is walking distance to local restaurants, bike path and shopping. Beach pass for the town beach. Newport is a 30 minute scenic drive away. This light filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The apartment has a private entrance with parking and a private porch. The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Please look at our reviews to see if we would be a good fit. A few miles from several local beaches, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. 4:20 friendly.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

The apartment is a five minute walk to charming downtown Jamestown and a two minute drive to local beaches and state parks, an ideal location for a lovely getaway. The drive to Newport is a rather scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge. You may be tempted to stay in, as the open floor plan and thoughtful decorating make for a pleasant accommodation. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove top (no oven), microwave, and mini-fridge.

Penthouse apartment overlooking Thames St. and the Harbor w/ a huge deck. Please take notice this a third floor apartment. Located in the heart of Newport right on Thames St. Cook dinner in the chef style kitchen and eat al fresco on the deck. The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Enjoy lakeside views of Silver Spring Lake, North Kingstown, RI. Wake to spectacular sunrises and the sounds of the woodlands from this one-bedroom, open living garden level apartment. The living room and bedroom opens to a private outdoor area for relaxing and dining. At sunrise/sunset move your chair lakeside and take in the views. While the property is nestled in the woods, highway access is quick to Wickford Village, ocean/beaches, Newport and the Airport.
