We have dedicated the 2nd floor of our open floor plan home to you! Local hotels can’t beat the comfort you will have if you stay with us! You will also have a small sitting area with loveseat and 2 chairs. We love the sounds of our guests having a good time! But we always provide privacy for our guests and there are no shared spaces. Welcome to the most unique Airbnb in Nashville! The Urban Farmhouse was built in 1915 and is the architectural highlight of the hippest neighborhood, Inglewood/East Nashville. You will have full access to the entire first floor of this grand home which includes: bedroom/living room - a shared space, and a bedroom. A full bathroom and basic kitchen(no oven). The property is fenced so you will have privacy as you spend time in the front yard or on the front porch. Six steps to porch for entry.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you would never know you're only 18 minutes (8.4 miles) from downtown and ten minutes from Gaylord Opryland. RiverHaven is my home and I stay in an attached studio room with separate kitchen, bathroom and bed.
