Beautiful renovated cottage in the heart of booming East Nashville! The cottage is 400 sq ft of your own private space. This property is my home but the only thing shared is the driveway. You'll have full privacy in your own space with your own entrance, bedroom, open living area/ Ikea kitchen, with everything you need including microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There's a cozy electric fireplace, heated floors, and is a short walk (or drive) to local restaurants, shops and entertainment!

Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
