Guests enjoy the great luxury of swimming in the crystal clear waters of the well known sand dunes beaches of the area everyday if they wish as the first dune is just 5 minutes away from the house. The layout of the space is very convenient for one big family, two families with kids or a group of friends that wish to relax and enjoy themselves in the area of N.Peramos.

Holiday Family House 2 minutes from the beach

Perfect family house for vacation located less than 100m. from the beach. It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor).The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. It also has a child's bed. In the living room there is an open single bed (if necessary), fully equipped kitchen (microwave,oven,fridge), it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also A/C, fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden, BBQ.

Άνετη, φωτεινή μονοκατοικία για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή παρέες, ιδανική για ξεκούραση μετά από μια μέρα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση- 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια- από τη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε δέντρα και φύση.Η Ασπροβάλτα για βραδινές βόλτες απέχει 10 λεπτά ενώ οι ακτές της Καβάλας μόλις 15 λεπτά. Στην αυλή υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης και ένας κήπος με δέντρα και φυτά. Ακόμη οι επισκέπτες έχουν σταθερά πρόσβαση σε γρήγορο ίντερνετ ( πανω απο 100Mbps) σε ολόκληρο το κατάλυμα.

Η Νέα Πέραμος απέχει 3 χιλιόμετρα και η Καβάλα 20χλμ. από την κατοικία. Το διεθνές αεροδρόμιο Μέγας Αλέξανδρος της Καβάλας είναι 32χλμ. Ένας όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση.
