Welcome to our cozy beachside studio, located alongside our main residence! Fully equipped with a double bed, sofa, TV, and kitchen, it's perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

In a modern built coastal town near Mount Athos, with an important historical and cultural heritage, called Ierissos, the seat of Aristoteles Municipality and one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Chalkidiki, we chose to build lovely high quality studios which will give our guests the opportunity to experience a holiday with luxury and coziness. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, located 100 metres from Ierissos central Beach.

A unique experience in the heart of Sithonia, between the peaks of Olympus and Athos. On a 15-acre property with a 200-year-old family olive grove and exclusive access to a canyon of wild beauty, we built a unique residence in all of Greece entirely of river and sea stones, surrounded by the blue of the sea and the green of the forest. It is 5 minutes from the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Lagomandra, Elia, Spathies, Kalogria, Kovgiou.

Very conveniently located, 300 meters from the center of the village of Metamorfosi, where there are many supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and shops with tourist items.... Inside the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees
