Cozy apartment with a beautiful view located inside the village of Nea Poteidaia next to the sea. There is a small beach that you can climb down by stairs. There is also another beach located in the other side of the village which it will take you about 10 minutes to reach by foot. Of course, there is the option of going to the Agios Mamas beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki. Lastly, in the nearby area there are excellent restaurants with great food that you can visit.

The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

The most economical and at the same time the coolest and most spacious room with two single beds and a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic stove, microwave oven, fridge, kettle). It has a cooling/heating air conditioner, TV, free wi-fi, a table for luggage, a desk and a dining table for up to 4 people. Spacious and functional wc with shower. There is no balcony nor any view.
