We welcome you to our special traditional space, which we took care of so that you enjoy your pleasant stay. Apartment is available and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old .As well as for 3 adults. We are located 100 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras, in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to Apt. there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. With 2 wonderful terraces overlooking the sea. Strong signal WI-FI !! And with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary.

It has a cooling/heating air conditioner, TV, free wi-fi, a table for luggage, a desk and a dining table for up to 4 people. Spacious and functional wc with shower. There is no balcony nor any view.
