Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

A quiet, safe countryside lifestyle 1 hour from Manhattan, NJ beaches, or the Delaware Water Gap. Walk, Bike, fish watch birds and see historical sites where George Washington marched. Senior couple's 2 acre lot among huge trees. The rustic outside of the unit gives way to a comfortable living space on the top floor and the bottom floor is a wide open utility room with a second bath, electric stove, full laundry and a place to store things while in transit or if moving in or out of the area.

The Mermaid Motel 2 is a modest yet sparkling clean & inviting beach cottage. Comfortable for 2 guests it is centrally located in the middle of Seaside Park on the beach block.....steps to the ocean! Enjoy the bustle of the boardwalk and Seaside Heights to the north, the peaceful small town feel of SP life to the south, Island Beach State park and the serene Barnegat Bay all nearby. There are piers for crabbing & watercraft rentals here; bring your bikes, fishing poles or just beach chairs....

Carriage House 4 blocks from ocean, off street parking for one vehicle, two-bedroom, open floor plan lofted bright carriage house with two Adult beach passes awaits your get-away. Mature evergreens create privacy around patio away from the main Victorian home (owner occupied). Perfect for post beach grilling with comfortable table and chairs, and water hose for rinsing sandy feet. Efficient central air, wood flooring throughout, open lofted plan. Entrance up 14 well lit stairs to deck.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
