U sklopu objekta gostima je na raspolaganju okućnica površine 2000 m2 s grijanim bazenom, roštiljem i vrtom. Besplatan Wi Fi, Netflix (TV u svim prostorijama), parking u sklopu objekta.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Enjoy the best experience of Split old town in Riva View Apartment. Perfectly located in the middle of Riva on the 1st floor, you will enjoy the beautiful view on the islands from your balcony. The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

Built by generational family endeavour, carved into an ancient rock overlooking historical town of Omiš, Patria suite will make you feel like you are in a movie. You can sip local wines or savour food enjoying magical sunset on private terrace or by the infinity pool. Garden full of aromatic plants surrounds apartment. From that same garden, you will get a welcoming basket full of vegetables, fruits are free-range eggs collected from the chicken coop.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Kamena kuća za odmor nalazi se na osami u masliniku. Idealna je za miran odmor. Kuća je opremljena solarnim panelima i solarnim bojlerom te se ne preporučuje korištenje kućanskih aparata koji su veliki potrošači. Udoban smještaj sa dvije spavaće sobe, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom i kupaonicom. U dvorištu se nalazi roštilj, vanjski tuš te sadržaji za djecu. Sa terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na maslinik i more.
