Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

This area has so much to offer from lake fun on the boat, paddle board or kayak; to mountain biking, hiking, snow shoeing and more. We are close to many foothill attractions (historical museums/landmarks/boutique shopping/theaters/music) and wine tasting/culinary delights to please the foodies. Designed to be an off-grid, sustainable home, this house features a movable glass wall, which opens the living room into the outdoors facing the setting sun. Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

Welcome to Gold City Getaway at Moonflower Manor! This charming, cozy, unique apartment is located in the heart of downtown Nevada City in a historical Victorian dating back to 1880. Just steps from the shopping, dining, coffee, art, live music and entertainment, and in-town hiking that Nevada City has to offer. Living room with dedicated work space, full kitchen, one bedroom, small bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. No off-street parking. Free and metered street parking available.

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

You’ll love this destination because of the Victorian charm, great porch overlooking the street, privacy, airy high ceilings, the luxurious bed, and the well stocked kitchen. Great for couples, and solo adventurers.

The unit is a remodeled Granny Unit in the trees of Northern California with a private driveway and fast wifi. This one-bedroom apartment offers a unique charm and is only a 10-minute drive to downtown Nevada City or Grass Valley. A smart lock key pad is used for entry. No smoking in this unit. Pets will be considered (there will be a small pet fee, please include pets in your reservation). We look forward to having you stay!
