Guests will have exclusive use of the property and access to the lower level of the estate with two large bedrooms, jack and jill bathroom with beautiful stone shower and oversized tub. Italian leather couch invites you into the living room / kitchen with all amenities for your stay.

Vintage 1950 yellow Vagabond trailer, on our property but secluded, short walk to downtown Nevada City. Kitchen, dining table and bedroom. Nice outbuilding houses propane shower and composting toilet ("number one" is OK in trailer). Woodsy, birdsong-y site on W. Broad - mild to (rarely) moderate traffic noise. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.

The 1/3 School House is a unique Historic Property that was once part of our 1880 school house. The School House was split into 3 parts and moved throughout town. This beautifully decorated historic foothill home was designed to maximize surrounding forest&mountain vistas and yet be walking distance to town for may of our downtown weddings. 2 bedrooms 2 bath Sleeps 8 to 12 guests. The huge open upstairs has 4 queen beds upstairs. Truly a great space for families or wedding parties.
