A real house, not an apartment. Newly remodeled with all of the conveniences of a home. HBO/HULU/NETFLIX along with WIFI access throughout the house. NO PARTIES A modern kitchen with nearly everything needed to cook and serve meals, including crockpot, pressure cooker, rice cooker, blender, stand mixer, etc. You can use the dishwasher,or feel free to use the paper plates and plastic ware available. Kuerig and supplies are provided, along with a variety of teas. 5 star rated guests only

Spacious Room 2 Miles from Main Street

This spacious basement room is conveniently located 2 miles from University of Delaware’s Main Street. College Square has been freshly renovated and is .8 mile from us with a grocery store. There are trails and beautiful views close by. Our place is cozy and we have two cats who would love to make your acquaintance. Please note, we do live in the house and we have a newborn baby that will be upstairs. Also, the litter boxes for our cats are located in the basement. Note, we clean boxes daily.
