Private room has access to large deck, decorated outdoor area w/ hammock, shared kitchen access on quiet road. Right next to 20-acre disc golf course! Within minutes of Christiana Hospital, Delaware Park, U. Del, Wilm. U campuses, City of Wilmington and highway access. Great location for any occasion. Three FRIENDLY cats live within house, will not have access to room unless allowed. Guests will have blankets, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer, noise machine.

This spacious basement room is conveniently located 2 miles from University of Delaware’s Main Street. College Square has been freshly renovated and is .8 mile from us with a grocery store. There are trails and beautiful views close by. Our place is cozy and we have two cats who would love to make your acquaintance. Please note, we do live in the house and we have a newborn baby that will be upstairs. Also, the litter boxes for our cats are located in the basement. Note, we clean boxes daily.
