This spacious basement room is conveniently located 2 miles from University of Delaware’s Main Street. College Square has been freshly renovated and is .8 mile from us with a grocery store. There are trails and beautiful views close by. Our place is cozy and we have two cats who would love to make your acquaintance. Please note, we do live in the house and we have a newborn baby that will be upstairs. Also, the litter boxes for our cats are located in the basement. Note, we clean boxes daily.
