This one is called Beach Hut for a good reason, considering its surroundings :). Featuring 2 lofts (one accessible by regular steps, the other one by a real boat ladder -kids adore this one! -) with queen beds and another full size pullout sofa in the living/dining area, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

Savor every meal on the extensive deck overlooking the lake and watch spectacular sunrises from the colorful living room while sipping your morning coffee. Retreat to the den with your favorite beverage from the bar to watch a movie or play a game. The half acre property backs up to protected land with direct lake access. Bring your boat and AWD vehicle to drive down to the lake or use public boat ramp.

Riverfront Estate for large groups

This 3400 sf 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath model home backs up to the Rio Grande River and is an excellent location for large groups and wedding stays but we cannot host weddings or receptions at the Villa itself per the county. You may have small activities at the Villa for up to 30 guests at an additional cost of $1200. Guests must park in the rear and outside music is not permitted. Only 16 overnight guests are permitted without special approval.

Elephant Butte Lake Side RV

This 32 ft RV that can sleep up to 10 is just what you need for a getaway at the lake. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a sink in the bedroom. The fwd bedroom has 4 single bunks, the kitchen table makes into a bed and the sleeper sofa is also a bed. The bathroom features a large shower, private toilet room. Holidays require 3 night rental
