This charming 1940's log cabin has been completely updated with high-end amenities, creating the perfect balance of rustic luxury. Just 10 min to the plaza, you’ll be close enough to enjoy the action of town, but far enough way to escape people and immerse yourself in nature. Lots of great hiking trails just minutes away.

I designed this house thinking about a business person who needs to have meetings and work in a very private environment. I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos lab. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.

Chameleon: 2 room cabin, NO running water and no toilet facilities in the casita, sleeps 4, possibly 5, two (2) double beds in the bedroom, and a daybed for an extra person (for an added fee of $20.) Wood stove, hot plate & electric appliances for cooking. Open deck on the Pecos River! with an outdoor fireplace. Community bathhouse with commodes and showers, 300 feet from Chameleon. Some road noise can be heard, especially during peak travel times.

If this is an issue, please do not book!**
