Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Come relax at this cute and cozy cottage overhanging a large and beautiful lake! Whether it's a family trip, a couple's getaway, or a best friends reunion, this place has something for everyone. From relaxing on the deck with a beautiful view, to kayaking and canoeing, or swimming in the summer, there is much fun and peaceful relaxation to do at the cottage. Also, it's just a 10 minute drive to Mystic, wineries, orchards, the shoreline, restaurants, and 5 minutes to Foxwoods casino.

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Darling cottage in East Hampton Village. Situated in a historic picturesque tree-canopied neighborhood. Easy stroll to Newtown Lane and Main Street shops. (1/2 mile). Classic atmosphere. Very comfortable, bright, and clean. A perfect place from which to enjoy East Hampton and the surrounding area. Fully renovated (2019).

This water view cozy Mediterranean-style 1 bedroom romantic cottage is located within the charming community of Shelter Harbor. Across the street is Quonochontaug Pond, a four mile saltwater pond perfect for kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, clamming, and of course swimming. :)
