Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Year round quintessential lakeside vacation! Ellis is a fully heated/winterized camp cottage just steps from beautiful Beach Pond. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 5. The detached bunkhouse has 3 single beds and is available for larger groups (summer only) Very peaceful lakeside location just 238 feet from Beach Pond. Walking distance to trails. Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport. You’ll love my place because of the: -Two Primary Suites -Open concept living -Huge outdoor entertaining area -Super close to beaches, cliff walk and a quick drive to downtown. . -Brand new construction. Charming Waterfront cottage

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
