ANIMAL NURSERY*KAYAKS*FISHING*CRABBING*BOAT RAMP The Hatch Farm is an off-grid riverfront working farm with plenty to offer from interacting with the friendly animals, casting your line, launching your boat from our rustic boat ramp, using our kayaks in the saltwater river, or warming your toes by the campfire in the evenings as you relax, gaze at the stars & roast a marshmallow. We have pigs, sheep, goats, horses, cows, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, peacocks, guinea pigs, bunnies, & dogs.

The Wabi-Sabi techniques used to build this home encompass the serenity of nature. This home is built for the quiet luxury, by this we mean the luxury of Time, Health, A quiet mind, Slow mornings. Soak in the hot spa, exercise in the 12.5m mineral pool, have an Infrared sauna, take in a hiking trail. Surf right at your door.

The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It’s the perfect place to explore the river and it’s secluded beaches. Maximum Occupancy – 2 adults

There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
