Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Set away from the main homestead, you can enjoy your own privacy whilst taking in the stunning views over our vineyard and olive grove, and further across both the Richmond ranges and Wither Hills. You are welcome to walk around the property which include gardens, ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.

This lovely character home has two double rooms, one king, one queen. There is also a sleepout with two sets of bunk beds, couch, television and toys galore. The sun soaked deck boasts a hot tub, and the barn has been remodeled in to the a very cool little private bar and games room.

There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.
